Account sign-in context

When you register or sign in, Doukua records browser User-Agent, language, timezone, device class and referring page for account security, compatibility and member support. IP country from a trusted network is an approximate location, not nationality. Country is not inferred from language; raw IP addresses are not stored. Detailed sign-in records are retained for 90 days; first and latest summaries remain with the account. Contact Doukua to request access, correction or deletion.

Library and subscriptions

Articles, topics and cost scenarios you deliberately save are stored with your site account and can be removed in your library. Worksheet entries are not uploaded automatically. You may download them or explicitly save market, localisation and cost records to private projects after signing in. Projects, inputs, evidence and versions are private to your account and can be deleted in the workspace. Email subscription is a separate, timestamped consent that can be withdrawn. Registration does not subscribe you.

Collection and use

Enquiries store your email, question, source page, selected recipient and permission to handle the request. Contact details and questions are encrypted in the database. Google login stores the account identifier, email and name; it does not read Gmail messages.

Enquiries are handled by this site only and are not forwarded to other projects or added to their marketing lists.
