A clearer scope before you buy a service
Quantity, format, timing, acceptance and revisions make quotes comparable.
Define the deliverables
Specify outputs: how many photographs, which pages, which source files. Turn “build a good website” into an inspectable list.
Define both parties’ inputs
List required copy, image permissions, product facts and reviewers. Record scheduling assumptions when inputs are missing.
Agree on acceptance
Specify language, dimensions, formats and the intended browser or environment. Name the reviewer, review process, included revision rounds and how extra work is agreed.
Compare like for like
